Dee Why’s Isa Wye Ocean Pool has only recently been renamed after local swimmer and author Isa Wye. A local swimming enthusiast, she swam at the pool when she joined the ladies swimming club at the age of 5. She continued to swim here and was still a member of the club when she died at the age of 91 in 2013.

A more manufactured feel to this pool means that there is better accessibility for those with mobility limitations. A 50m lap pool for the adults and a smaller children’s paddling pool adjacent.
